My Postpartum Journey | Ep. 260

On today’s episode, Ashley is so excited to share with the community all the details of her postpartum journey thus far. Ashley now pulls back the curtain on everything that went on behind the scenes over the first few days and months of their beautiful new life as a family.

This raw, honest, and light-hearted conversation provides real introspection about the energetic codes motherhood teaches us which can serve as guidance for everyone. Ashley’s identity shift and learnings as a new mom parallel experiences that so many of us can relate to in life and business.

“Resetting the foundation is such a huge lesson for all of us because whatever it is that isn’t working in your life, or whatever feels hard or is stressing you out, I want you to ask yourself, ‘Where can I reset my foundation here? How can I allow myself the space to assess the situation instead of going on autopilot through the stress of it and tolerating it when I know it could feel better?’ You can decide that it can be different.”
A universal life lesson that we must remember is that life is always showing and leading us into experiences that we need in order to grow, evolve, shift, and become who we’re meant to be.
The reality is that life can be unpredictable. We go through unexpected twists, turns, and bumps in the road, and yet this is all part of the learning process, isn’t it? This process leads us into the most beautiful unfolding of what is present right now and where life could potentially lead us next.
So, start embracing the unknown and lean into trusting your intuition more. Cultivate the connection you have within yourself because you already know what’s best for you. ✨
