So there are four main themes for the fourth industrial revolution, globalization, mobility and connectedness, resource scarcity, and the makeup of the human population. So what are the types of most in-demand skills for the future? So firstly, we have technological, social and emotional, and also high cognitive skills. So if we talk about actually how the economy is changing, so it's not the type of jobs or the work environment that is changing, but also how we work that will influence the future so employees and employers have a fiduciary duty to actually upscale themselves in this forced an ever-changing global world that we live in. And businesses also need to approach the need for upskilling. So as online education and school courses are becoming the norm across the globe, professionals are spoilt for choice and can gain in-demand skills in a matter of weeks.
