FEEDBACK: How to Improve Customer Experience

Today I’ll be sharing with you how you can use feedback to your advantage and improve customer experience in your business. Customer experience is built from the interactions and (personal) experiences that the consumer has throughout their journey. These are more than mere monetary transactions in products or services but serve as critical touchpoints in the relationship between the consumer and business. Now, any healthy relationship requires constant communication- this should be no different from a business perspective. After all, your customers are your lifeline, and keeping them satisfied is essential. What they say matters, especially when those voicing their opinions are unhappy customers. According to Bill Gates: “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning”. This is why feedback is so important. Your customer is plainly telling you where and why you are not excelling. Businesses should be using feedback as a tool for growth instead of allowing it to sink their reputation. Even if your company seems to be doing well by its own standards, take it a step further and ensure your clients think the same.
