We are back with another episode of the Ultimate Human Experience. In this episode we speak with some amazing practitioners from the Hira Collective. We had the opportunity to speak with Linda who is a Psychosomatic Practitioner, helping others heal trauma, stress and anxiety from their mind, body and energy field. Her work and unique practices support others with deep transformative shifts from the inside out incorporating behavioural science, psychology, nervous system, somatic and esoteric modalities along with a number of other integrative practices. We were also joined by Anvita who is an intuitive guide and transitional somatic coach who supports others in navigating major life transitions (such as traumatic events, relationship issues / break ups, career pivots / crises, a health crisis, moving to a new place, etc.) with ease, pleasure and confidence. Her techniques help others break through stress, exhaustion and trauma to create the life of their dreams. Her tailored practices combine meditation, breath work, nonlinear movement, visualization, sensory awareness and exploration, nervous system regulation, behavioural and emotional mapping and inner child work. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Alyana who is a personal Coach, a reiki practitioner who focuses on mindfulness and movement.
