Napoli pass another test, Inter edge chaotic night in Florence

Serie A Matchday 11 was packed full of yet more drama, nowhere more than in Inter's 4-3 win over Fiorentina in Florence. Elsewhere, Napoli passed a big test to beat AS Roma and stay top, while Lazio won at Atalanta without Ciro Immobile.
