What can I say about this episode? I had a chat with Troy McEady about literally any and all things pop culture nostalgia. This is an interview I've been chasing for a while so I could activate my reality tv brain with another superfan.

We get into the good ol days of MTV shows and of course the VMAs, Real Housewives and the "old" Bravo, and what we miss about retro reality tv. It's hard to describe a road map of topics but settle in with your tea or coffee and go on a journeyyy.
