Phyllis Newhouse strives to make the "American Dream" a reality. Her personal story is as uplifting and inspiring as the achievements she has accomplished. Born in North Carolina, one of 11 children, with very modest means, her hard work ethics, determination and self-drive and the love of enhanced technology and desire to make a difference to other, have all led to her recognition as one of the top leaders in the technology industry and one of the most influential Women in Technology. Since founding Xtreme Solutions Inc., in 2002, Phyllis has grown the business into a profitable multi -million dollar company with over 190 highly skilled professionals in more than 20 states supporting several prime contracts with civilian and defense agencies of the Federal government and providing IT end to end solutions in information assurance, cyber security and network support to numerous Fortune 500 companies around the globe.. Phyllis W. Newhouse, entrepreneur from Atlanta, GA was honored by 100 Black Men of America with the Marilyn Johnson Women of Color Achievement Award in 2012 sponsored by IBM and PNC. The inaugural event was hosted in Baltimore in 2010 through a partnership between the Women Presidents’ Organization and 100 Black Men of America. She was acknowledged for her commitment to economic empowerment within the community. Phyllis is a Retired Army Non Commissioned Officer and a Service-Disabled Veteran with more than 22 years of Military Service. She has vast experience in Information Technology Planning, Strategic Growth Planning and Professional Services. Dr. Wade is clinical psychologist, author, TV host, and motivational speaker, who inspires thousands of people each month with her dynamic range of events and free teleseminar's.
