Sex Offender Named 'Buddy' Lured Two Teen Girls on Snapchat for Sex

Albert "Buddy" Wayne Johnson is going to federal prison after meeting two 15-year-old girls on Snapchat and forcing them to have sex with him. Johnson met up with the girls in Washington state and then took them across state lines through Idaho and Oregon.
