Patty Morin feared the person who killed her daughter, Rachel Morin, on a Maryland trail would never be found. But, she received a call last Friday that Harford County Sheriff's Investigators and the FBI had identified the suspect as Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez. Patty Morin described her daughter as loving and kind and someone whose personality lit up a room.
