Microcredentialing for Mastery

In this episode, I chat with Dr. Donna Spangler. Donna is a current instructional coach for the Derry Township School District located in Hershey, PA. She is also the Department Chair for the Instructional Coaching Department, a consultant for the professional learning platform Sibme, a former co-president of Learning Forward Pennsylvania, and an author of various education-related articles, among many other accolades. Several years ago, Donna facilitated the design and implementation of a microcredentialing program for teachers within her school district. Take a listen to this episode to learn all about her work and how it resulted in impactful learning for both teachers AND students.
