Ep. 23 - Let's discuss the Investor “Same Page” One Sheet, 5 Marketing Action Steps for 2020

In Episode 23 of Idea Diary - Today, I talk about my new one sheet organizational tool that I created for business investor groups. I've organized an idea that I had for an investor P&L type of one sheet that could help organize expectations, goals in general, and be a revenue idea generating type of tool to make profits for businesses that have a group of investors. I feel like if it's filled out it could help with expectations, onboarding new people, and avoid partner confusing with intentions of how they fit in.

My 5 Marketing Action Steps for 2020:

1. WORD-OF-MOUTH SHAREABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE (Have this ready to go before doing anything else)

2. COMMUNITY COLLABS (Have 5-10 Collaborations that build community)

3.DIY PUBLICITY PLAN (Big or Small Outlets) (Press Sheet Completed and Submitted to 100 outlets)

4. ADVERTISING PLAN & BURN RATE (Digital, Traditional, Platforms?) (Acceptable Cash Burn Rate?)

5.SOCIAL MEDIA PLAN (Daily, Weekly, Monthly?) (Can your social media be monitized?) (Specific Platform Focused)
