Next, we talked about the importance of juggling at least 5 hot leads if you want to sell more houses, and how to shift your thinking about what you can achieve in a quarter. The sales funnel begins with leads and ends in sales. You may not be able to control the prospects, but you can control your own lead generation. If you want more control, you need to be working with and juggling at least five hot leads. If you’re able to juggle more people and convert at a higher level, you’re well on your way to building an empire. The only way to break through, get wealth and make it, is to realize that you have control and only allow yourself to think about the future.
