Acquiring these 26 properties was not without its challenges, especially in the first lockdown when Fi was anxious about her family as well as her tenants and was juggling so many different things, it was a very uncertain time for all. Despite this, Fi believes you need to be grateful for what you do have and ask for help, she is very thankful for the support she received, from her family and from her mentors Rob and Mark. Fi knew when she left school that she wanted to be in property, she self-taught her all of the things she needed to get started on the journey to financial freedom. She then got to a point after having her daughter where she knew she wanted to grow and wanted to do it faster and more effectively.
