Last December Chuck Shumer and Mike Rounds put a propoal out to begin UAPdisclosure. Partial [arts of the proposal were passed. There were qutie a few parts of it that were shaved out. One of those being imminent domain. Well Democrat Robert Garcia now resubmits the UAPDA 2.0. Some of the language in the proposal is wild.
