KathrynConnect on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kebinkley/)Website (https://www.alyght.com/)Twitter (https://twitter.com/alyghtmarketing)TAKE HOMESBE UNIQUELY YOURSELF.Copying others is silly when you are the best human in the world at being you. Having a unique voice is much more interesting than trying to sound like others, as more of the world is making content it will be increasingly important to have a unique angle.“People want specialists. If you need heart surgery you want a dedicated heart surgeon and not a general doctor”KINDNESS IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FAILWorking with others and letting them fail and take on things outside of their comfort zone is an amazingly kind thing you can do. Creating an open space for people to make mistakes and not feel that they need to hide them means they can develop greatly as an individual.DON’T BE A VICTIM OF YOUR SITUATIONLife happens and there are things you can’t control. but you can always control yourself and improve your situation by taking responsibility and ownership. If you stand by and passively let life happen to be you are destined to always be a victim of your situation. If you take control then you can achieve anything.“You can’t control everything that is happening in your life. But you can control how you view it;As happening to you and against you vs. How it is benefitting you, what the opportunity is, how you can learn from it and be grateful for it”ABOUT THE HOSTMy name is Sam Harris.
