Stamford Chidge & Jonathan Kydd are joined by Mark Meehan and Football.London's Adam Newson to discuss the latest news on the Chelsea takeover with a shock late bid from Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Boehly announced as the preferred bidder.

In part one, we discuss the latest situation with the Chelsea takeover. What happens next with the Boehly bid being announced as the preferred bid and will Sir Jim Ratcliffe's late bid derail the process. Also what did Nadine Dorries mean by Chelsea being on 'borrowed time' and does this have anything to do with the timing of the Ratcliffe bid?

We also catch up on today's press conference and look back at a massively frustrating 1-1 draw against Man Utd last Thursday.

In part two, we are joined by massive Everton fan, Dave 'Comedy Dave' Vitty, for the Opposition View. What does Dave think of Super Frank’s appointment? What’s gone wrong for Everton this season? How worried is he about relegation? Does Everton’s record at home to Chelsea give him hope and will Frank try to shithouse Chelsea like he tried against Liverpool? And Dave tells us how he sees it going and gives us his prediction.
