Brewery Equipment Forecasting, Part 1: Budgeting Basics

Brewery Equipment Forecasting, Part 1: Budgeting Basics

Aimed at breweries overwhelmed by decision paralysis, panelists will offer guidance and considerations in planning for purchasing and maintaining their brewhouse equipment, keg fleet, packaging, and how to justify it with data management software. This panel will identify some of the critical factors to weigh before investing in your initial startup equipment, how to balance them with your suppliers, and strategies for how to best maximize your dollars. This panel is appropriate for both breweries-in-planning as well as those on the verge of expanding either in production volume and/or into a new or second location. And, get excited, for Part 2 (of 2) in this series, Considerations for Growth on Day 2 of Panel Fest.

Panelists:

  • Bryan Richards (G4 Kegs)
  • Jeremy Mann (Mannkind Brewing)
  • Owen Woods (ABS Commercial)
  • Pulkit K. Agrawal (Beer30 by The 5th Ingredient)

Moderator: Jason Ley (G4 Kegs)
