Steve says:I travel a lot and for the past year have been having trouble sleeping in hotel beds. My fiance thinks this is because I am now "old" (I'm 46) but do you think this is more nutritional (my eating habits change/get worse when traveling) or mental? Any recommendations? I've started tracking my sleep with a Jawbone UP band and only get 1 or 2 hrs of deep sleep when on the road compared to around 3 - 4 when at home.
