Natural Remedies For Snoring

Ari asks:About 4 years ago he had his deviated flare septum fixed. The doctor also coblated the turbinates. The doc said he would likely need to have the coblated again. Immediately after the surgery, for about a year, he didn't snore at all and his sense of smell was great. Eventually he could feel them swelling up again and now days he snores a lot and had a terrible sense of smell. He has used xylitol spray and breathe right strips and they work well but are annoying. Do you have any advice on swollen turbanites or snoring?
