Dustin Allen was a speaker at the Coaches Roundtable clinic held in December of 2023 by TheCoachProctorFoundation.org. Coach Allen is a 2011 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He has been the Varsity head coach of the track and field program at Cuthbertson High School for 3 years. Coach Allen was named the Charlotte Observer coach of the year in 2017 as well as the Southern Carolina Conference Coach of the year in 2017. Coach Allen led the 2016 women’s team to a regional championship and the 2017 women’s team to an indoor state championship, 2017 outdoor conference championship, and a outdoor state runner up finish. Coach Allen led the 2018 women Cavs to the indoor state championship, regional championship, and a conference championship. This year the lady Cavs made it 3 indoor state Championships in a row, while the boy's were state runner ups!!!!
