One of the biggest components of mental clutter is our to-do’s - causes the “thought swirl” that keeps us up at night and makes us feel distracted during the day.

I like the ScanSnap scanners and I use an Amazon Basics shredder.

For electronic tasks, I use Apple Notes (using tags for easy reference), shared Google Calendars, and using tags/labels in Gmail
