Envoy Medical® Corporation recently announced that the FDA has approved its Investigational Device Exemption application to begin a clinical trial with its fully implanted Acclaim® cochlear implant. The single-center Early Feasibility Study for the Acclaim will take place at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
