213: West Memphis Three

On May 5th, 1993 three 8 year old boys were reported missing by their parents. An initial search that night didn’t find the boys, but the following day, a more thorough search of areas that the boys were known to play and hang out was carried out and the bodies of Stevie Branch, Chris Byers, and Michael Moore were discovered. With very little actual evidence, three teens were arrested and found guilty of the murders. They spent years in prison before being released, and are still fighting to this day to clear their names. The state of Arkansas refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and lets the true killer or killers walk free. Want access to our first 45 episodes? Grab em here!
