Supporting Parents of Teens & Children In Pain

Supporting Parents of Teens & Children In Pain

The 1step2life app was designed by me - a developmental psychologist whose son lives with severe chronic pain. Even though I'm an international expert on parenting, I knew that everything I was doing was undermining my relationship with my son. Ironic, no?

1step2life was designed for parents and other caregivers trying to support the people they love who are living with pain. This podcasts talks about how it works and why it does what it does.

You can read the original blog on our website.
