How RedMart’s orders tripled during CB and plan to keep digital transformation momentum going

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, many more of us have been shopping online to get our groceries. RedMart, Lazada's grocery arm, saw its orders triple its weekly average and in April, it had seen an 11-fold increase in its usual number of customers. James Chang, CEO of Lazada Singapore shares more about how RedMart rose to the COVID-19 challenge and hopes to keep the momentum going.
