John Thrush w/Josh G

Coach John Thrush is one of the realest legends of our sport. He has been involved in weightlifting for more than 50 years, both coaching and competing. John Thrush competed nationally for 12 years where he won a national Championship. He went on to coach and was hired by USAW to be the National Junior Coach. He was the program coach for all the USA Junior Weightlifters while also acting as Team Coach for all of their International competitions.
