In this episode we speak with Bradley Silberzahn on his work on sex workers, police-sex worker interactions, and retention in the SAPPHIRE Study (a hard-to-reach population). Brad is a 2nd year graduate student in Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests are in policing, the criminal justice system, harm reduction, and vulnerable populations, including people who use drugs and people who sell sex. Previously, Brad worked as a Senior Research Program Coordinator at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
