When her family and authorities searched Lisa’s home, they found that the screen on her window had been cut and her bed had been stripped. In May 2011, 6-year-old Timmothy PItzen’s case dominated the news cycle. He’d been secretly pulled out of school by his mother, Amy Fry-Pitzen, who was later found deceased. She left a note stating that Timmothy was safe in the care of someone but would never be found.   Timmothy Pitzen went missing from Aurora, Illinois, on May 11, 2011. He was last seen leaving a water park in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, on Friday, May 13, 2011. He is white with brown hair and brown eyes. When 21-year-old Leah Hickman went missing from Huntington, West Virginia, in December 2007, the entire community rallied together to find her. Within days, her family spoke to national news outlets, digital billboards displayed Leah’s picture and information, and her employer offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to her whereabouts.   But just a week after Leah was reported missing, the hope of finding Leah alive turned to absolute horror when she was found, and despite statements from authorities stating they knew who did this, almost 20 years later, Leah’s loved ones are still waiting for justice.   Leah Hickman was killed in Huntington, West Virginia, on December 14, 2007.
