111: Success Story With Kevin: Reclaiming His Self Worth and Improving His Marriage

Finding success in overcoming pornography, you can be so difficult for many people because they don't know the best way to approach it.

It can feel so discouraging and isolating going through this journey, which is why, I wanted to share a success story to help not only give you hope, but for you to also hear the specific things that have been working for men to find freedom.

In this episode, I interview Kevin who went through my program a few months ago and he wanted to come back and share with him some of his biggest takeaways in hopes that you can apply the same tools in your life and see progress.

In this episode, we talk about the things that he tried in the past that never worked for him, and what he started to do instead, which is where he had a breakthrough.

He shared his most effective strategy to deal with triggers, so they don't linger. And as a side benefit, it strengthened his relationship at the same time.

He also had a big success in working through his negative beliefs about himself, and he shares with you a couple of the ways that he did that.
