THE FEED: Summer Block Party, Duck Races, and Dog Days

Every Friday in The Feed Kevin and Jenna talk to Megan from CampByMama.com about all the great things to do in Connecticut with the family.

Today we chat about all the great events Star 99.9 will be attending and more fun events to look forward to this weekend!

1. The Stamford Town Center hosts its third annual Summer Block Party this weekend Saturday, June 24, and Sunday, June 25. The event takes place at the Stamford Town Center’s Restaurant Plaza (230 Tresser Blvd). The party serves as a kick-off to summer, celebrating arts, culture and community.

2. The 13th Annual Duck Race takes place at Parker Harding Plaza in downtown Westport Saturday June 24th 10-2. A fun family event, there are prizes, face painting, food trucks, games and much more.

3. Pet Pantry Warehouse Presents the 2nd Annual Fairfield Dog Days event 611 Old Post Road (Old Town Hall Green) on Sunday, June 25th between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. The event is free and will benefit Adopt-a-Dog, Operation Hope, and Team Woofgang & Co. Touch A Truck, along with a face painter, ice cream, and food trucks.

4.The KIDZ BOP Never Stop Live Tour at the Palace Theatre in Stamford all weekend Saturday and Sunday! Sing and dance along with the KIDZ BOP Kids as they perform today’s biggest hits, live on stage.

5. Old Greenwich Sidewalk Sales all wknd. Shop local and support OG Merchants! Art in the Park, Sidewalk Sales & First Light. Live entertainment, give aways, refreshments and more!
