SELF-DISCOVERY (ADVICE #101 ON THIS JOURNEY)

My timeline is up and we are back to another episode. Self discovery is not time bound. You can take your whole life to find out what you like and what you don like.

My advice which should have been in my next episode is to just let loose and trust the process. You need to take time with this particular process. Time is all that you need to completely understand yourself. Well, as you grow old, you get to see and find new things that excite you. You cannot tell if whatever you liked as a child you still like it till this far.

That being said and done, take all the time you need and find out what excites you, makes you sad, irritates you and so on. I shared my experience from 0 years all the way to 20 years. Tips that all of you can take home is take your time and trust the process. At least, you will get to cultivate something called patience. You learn to be at ease with yourself and that goes a long way.

Most of us may not want to commit to observation and learning stuff about ourselves but you can take this one risk right? You wanna become independent, strong and bold? take this risk and I promise you are going to see the change. Think long and hard about it. Its worth a shot.
