We live in highly demanding times.

Whether it's your job, relationships, kids, or friends, we're always "On."

The small amazing gadgets in our pocket make us accessible 24/7 to the people we have carelessly given our credentials to. Notification goes off, and we respond.

If it's not the phone, it's something else. Maybe it's work deadlines, pressure to keep up with house chores, or kids calling out "mom" every 3 seconds.

Whatever it may be, a lot of us have felt the constraints of obligation close in tighter and strangle us into submission.

There has got to be a better way… Thankfully, there is!
