How To Deal With A List of Emotions | Sherianna Boyle Ep. 132

How To Deal With A List of Emotions | Sherianna Boyle Ep. 132

"The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it..."

Nicholas Sparks

A lot of us run away from our emotions.

It could be because we don't understand them, or maybe we simply don't like feeling them. Whatever the case may be, we still tend to avoid them.

Of course, the more we try to run, the heavier that bottle of emotions tends to get. And you know what they say about bottled-up emotions...

Sooner or later, it's going to be on us to face "Emotion that shall not be named" and deal with it. It's exactly as Thanos said in Avengers: Endgame; "It's inevitable."

Knowing this fate doesn't have to be a sentencing, though. What if it was actually our ticket to freedom?

Stay with me here!

What if we learned how to take on our emotions on our terms? If we can set up the environment the way we want it, maybe we can start to play some offense. Not defense.

Sure, defense wins games. But doesn't it still feel good to score once in a while?

"Hike!"

If you're really looking to get into the game, you're going to want a playbook...
