He was born in Rome and grew up in Milano, then went back to Rome where he received his degree in Economics. Only during the summer holidays, he and his family used to spend some time in their family Estate located in the countryside of Le Marche Region. Back then, it was a farm with vineyards (since 3 generations) and other cultures managed by his grandparents. Only 23 years ago his father, freshly retired after a brilliant career in the spirits business, decided to build a winery to vinify our grapes of Lacrima and Verdicchio and he decided to help him at the start of this new adventure before choosing his own wine path. 22 years have passed, and he still remains to be on his wine path. Marotti Campi is a family run business and they all cover different roles, Lorenzo supervises the wine production and fully manages the sales along with many other tasks that this profession requires.
