He is a great lover of natural wine, and since 2015 he has been involved in a wonderful project, created in Rimini in 2007 (the passion project of Giordano Emendatori: Tenuta Biodinamica Mara). The estate has 12 hectares cultivated exclusively with Sangiovese, from which the following are produced: MaraMia, Guiry and MaraMato. Three different ways of interpreting this great vine, which with the proximity of the sea, becomes a long-lived, savory, very fruity product, with silky tannins and above all: digestible.
