In this episode Stevie interviews Eros Teboni – Master Sommlier, at the Wine Cube event organized by Partesa in Milan, it took place between the 10th and 11th of October. More about today’s guest: Eros Teboni, born in 1990, began his career at Enotria, the family wine shop on the Brenner Pass. After studying oenology, he obtained a sommelier diploma in 2011. Thus began his professional career abroad working as a sommelier in high-level hotels and restaurants. Back in Italy in 2017 he opens his first company that deals with wine consultancy, education and team building for catering and wineries. In 2018 he participated in the "Best Sommelier of the World" competition where he won the recognition of "World Champion Sommelier". The latest recognition came in 2021 as "Best sommelier in Italy". Today he works throughout Europe with his consulting, event organization, education in the world of wine.
