He studied Viticulture and Oenology in Trentino Alto Adige, doing a bit of research on pepper aroma in red wines. He then traveled the world to evolve his wine knowledge, spending most time in France and Australia. His passion is wine, but he also adores traveling, languages and exploring different cultures.
