Her childhood was defined by sun-soaked September days, hand-harvesting grapes alongside her nonnis and family. With a degree from the University of Gastronomic Science in Pollenzo, founded by Carlo Petrini (Slow Food President), Anna's journey took a fascinating turn. She pursued a first-level master's in Tourism and gained diverse experience across the industry. But Anna's heart led her back to her roots, where she now invests her passion in the remarkable family project. As the force behind Perlage's exports to the USA and Canada, she's also the proud family brand ambassador of the first-ever organic winery in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene region.
