More about today’s guest George Michael is a Master's student from Malta studying Digital Marketing and Communications at Bologna Business School. He is also currently taking on an internship at Mamma Jumbo Shrimp working on the Italian Wine Podcast. While he is still starting out in the Italian wine industry, he is very passionate about food especially traditional Mediterranean and Maltese dishes. Over his past year studying and living in Bologna, and now Verona, he has also been exploring Italian cuisine and has discovered its influences on Maltese food.
