Atlanta Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff then sits down with Eisen to talk about the combine from the front-office point of view and how players can rise and fall on a team's draft board simply by how they run the 40-yard dash. Dimitroff also discusses how his team went from 13-3 and the brink of the Super Bowl in 2012 to 4-12 and last place in the NFC South in 2013.
