We are back! We hope you are all keeping yourselves healthy and safe across the globe. We have another fantastic long form ramble chat for the second episode of our 'Off The Shelf' series. Today Natalie, Corrin and Steve get to chin wag with the simply amazing Hannah Sadgrove and Lewis Nicholls.

Together they run the fabulous Thinkdog dog training and behaviour business in Auckland, New Zealand where they not only train dogs they also run a successful mentoring programme for aspiring trainers. As well as that they also run the 'Ignore My Dog' clothing brand which strives to get an important message across to the non 'dog savvy' public in great way. They have 3 dogs Tauri, Poodle (Forrest) and, thier brand new addition, Adira. Adira is both blind and deaf so we have a chat about the unique difficulties and ingenious training techniques they are using to help her become a family member.

Hannah Sadgrove is one of only a few qualified Clinical Animal Behaviourists in New Zealand, Hannah uses the most progressive methods to provide effective solutions for her clients. Hannah specialises in behaviour modification for fear, anxiety and aggression.

Lewis practices progressive, modern, reward based methods. He aims at spreading as much up to date information as possible to help owners and dogs live in harmony and to help develop a relationship that is based on trust.
