Eating is a fundamental human need. It is like breathing, we need to eat to survive.

For individuals with eating disorders, this natural process can be filled with guilt and shame.

In this episode, we will hear from a strong and courageous woman how she overcame her eating disorders and started consuming life, by purging her negativity and starving her feelings of guilt and shame.
