FOMO - Fear of Missing Out.

You know the feeling, your mates are all getting ready for a big night out and you're not going because you've made this weird decision to give up booze. Why can they do it and you can't? It's so unfair! Instead of staying in and enjoying the time alone, you sit, worrying about what you're missing out on, will you miss something funny, a new connection, the feeling of togetherness that benders with mates bring?

Today Vic and Hamish discuss FOMO - …. anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on social media. Is FOMO really what you think? or is it all a big fallacy, were those nights out really as good as you remember? after all - there is a reason you don't drink now.

Today they peel a layer off FOMO and discover what lies beneath this term and its a little more complicated than you think. Oh, and we find out about Janet and Steve, a couple Hamish had some special times with at 3am in a bedsit in Peckham.
