Hello, there! Welcome back to the Naked podcast. If this is your first time listening to us, welcome, and thank you for tuning in, we're happy to have you. First and foremost, happy new year. We are very excited to be back with another season of the Naked podcast; a fresh start. We often hear people say this phrase : "new year, new me," but we personally do not believe that this is a beneficial thing to say. Stay tuned to hear what our hosts Angie, Marsha, and Staph have to say about this topic. In this episode, we talk what our plans are for this year, as well as what we learned from 2022.
