David Northfield: Complete Focus on sharing ideas of Ketogenic Optimal Health and Biohacking

Born in South Africa, then from the tender age of 6 with his family moved to London, where he grew up and was raised. He now lives in the beautiful area Surrey in the UK. Where he not only enjoys nature and the local produce but the entire wholistic approach to health and well-being.

Tired of his daily routines of not having enough energy, clarity and having the feeling of not challenging himself with his passions and interests. He wanted to take charge of his health and his entire life. With constantly seeking knowledge with ways to improve his health, he came across Dr. Bergs Youtube videos where he learned about the foundations of the Ketogenic Lifestyle and Intermittent Fasting. He not only learned the basics and followed it, he has made it his entire lifestyle for a year. And has now made it his life’s purpose to share these ideas and connect with others in this space to improve their overall health.
