This will be no big surprise to those people that have had to react quickly to create a home office which for many will involve sitting hunched over a laptop!

As a result, we thought it would be a good opportunity to share some tips, and ideas, for looking after your back health during the current coronavirus lockdown. In this episode of the back-pain solutions podcast we discuss the limitations many people will face in setting up a home office with a laptop but how implementing some simple habits, and routines, will ensure your back stays healthy during this uncertain time.

Not only that but the additional time that many of us have is the ideal opportunity to get fitter, eat healthier, and rest from the normal routine.
