Camilla Sørensen 3. Brudd. Veien tilbake til seg selv. Klar for ny partner?

Levi Verbaan 2.Wheel of Consent: Are You Really Serving or Taking, Allowing or Accepting, Giving or Receiving? What Role Do You Play In Dynamics? Episode 110

Part two of the conversation with Levi is about asking for what we want and giving what we want, without pushing others into something they do not want to be part of.  Have you ever said “yes” when you really meant “no”? Or felt unclear about what you actually wanted? In this episode, we dive into Betty Martin's "The Wheel of Consent", a powerful framework that transforms how we navigate touch, relationships, and power dynamics. Whether in business, love, or everyday interactions, understanding the difference between giving, receiving, taking, and allowing can be life-changing. Join us as we explore how to reclaim agency, communicate desires with clarity, and step into true consent—without guilt, pressure, or confusion. 🚀💡 Tune in and start making clearer, more empowered choices today! 🎧✨   Workshop details further below.   These are the quadrants: You are doing: 1) Serve: you are doing. Action to benefit others. You give a gift, it's for them. "Yes, I will" 2) Take: you are doing. Action to benefit yourself. You receive/ ask for a gift, it's for you. "May I?"  They are doing: 3) Allow: opposite of the taker. They are doing. Allow others to act as they want. You are giving a gift, it's for them. "Yes, you may" 4) Accept: opposite of the server. They are doing. Benefit from the action of others. You are receiving a gift, it's for you! "Will you?"   Shadow sides of the wheel of consent. This is when there is no consent anymore: 1) Serve: "do gooder", rescuer, martyr, slavery, push onto others what they don't want, sacrifice themselves 2) Take: Perpetrator, stealing, groping, assaulting, rape, war 3) Allow: endure, tolerate, doormat, pushover, victim, passive 4) Accept: Freeloader, assumption of privilege, slavery, entitled   Check out this link for a picture of the wheel of consent:  https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-wisdom-of-anger/202408/boundaries-and-the-wheel-of-consent    Check out our workshop on March 30th 2025 https://fb.me/e/4AQoBGGSl  Through guided exercises, discussion, and interactive experiences, you will: Identify the roles you unconsciously take on in conflict and decision-making. Learn how to shift from reaction to response, breaking the cycle of drama. Develop tools to foster clarity, confidence, and constructive communication. Explore how to step into conscious leadership, whether in your personal life or business.   I am Therese Fallentin and this is The Gutfeeling podcast.  You can read about me and my services at https://www.empowermentdynamics.no/  and about me and the Podcast at https://magefolelsen.com/hjem  Magefølelsen aka The Gut Feeling is also in video format at YouTube at  @TheGutFeeling_Therese  https://youtu.be/ZVQmHSvX394?si=azV-UKxdvBsvRZxC  and on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/magefoelelsen.podcast/    Make yourself a glorious day ya all.

The Power of Quiet: Confidence in Being Calm, Slow, and Introverted. Joy and pleasure of mindfulness. Episode 105

The Power of Quiet: Confidence in Being Calm, Slow, and Introverted. Joy and pleasure of mindfulness. Episode 105

Find love for all of you, especially your nerdy, quiet, slow, reserved, calm, introspective self.  We don't talk about it enough, but the introverted, nerdy, quiet and unsocial is SO important. AND so amazingly enjoyable, when we learn to enjoy our own company.  1-1 conversations, intimacy, feelings, sensations, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, birds, quiet, cuddles, candles, fireplaces, the sky, clouds floating in the wind, sunsets, trees, drawing, painting, singing, laying in the grass, being quiet together, reading a book, classical music, mindful movement, thai chi, chi gong, mountains, hiking, nature, petting an animal, board games, roleplay, 1-1 sports, creativity, creation, writing, listening, observing, research, analysis, planning, tidying, cleaning, floating in water, sauna, baths, showers, sleep, rest, cooking, a deserted beach... You name it.  There are so many amazing things that are introverted.  And so many great minds that are introverted.  Many of them that we too rarely listen to. Shut up long enough for them to open their mouths.  In a load world, the magic of the introverted is often overlooked. Even deserted beaches are filling up with bars and music.  If we pay attention to the actions of the introvert, we might actually want to follow them. Let them lead. Help us get in contact with ourselves, this moment and our bodies.  SLOW DOWN... Take a breath. Listen. Give space to others.    I am Therese Fallentin and this is The Gutfeeling podcast. Overcoming the Inner Critic, Guilt, and Shame. Why not good enough? Breaking the Chains of judgemental minds. Episode 104

Are you good enough?  Are others good enough?  What is good enough?  Who decides that?  Are you constantly seeking to be the best, in everything you do?  Having the highest standards, for yourself and others?  Exhausted very much? Pushing people away? Judging yourself and others? Always seeking better?    Quality is great. I absolutely LOVE quality. But can it still be good enough with some flaws? Can we still be good enough while we practice? Or when we just want to do something, without really being the best or any good at all? Can we accept that practicing means being shit at things?    Listen into an episode about the inner critic, our judgemental minds and how it reflects into our perception of life. Our relationship dynamics and our ability to let people into who we are.    Wanna let down your guard and show people who you truly are? You have def come to the right place.
