For many of us, the thought of putting ourselves out into the world is daunting. Many of us may have built businesses or want to, but have a fear of being the voice and the face of that business.

We worry we’ll seem too into ourselves, that we will be ‘found out’ or that people will mock us. Imposter syndrome, thinking we’re not actually good enough, is an affliction that hits many, especially women. And online marketing is one of the biggest triggers for those that are worried about it.

The thing is, to further our businesses, especially in the current times, we MUST be online. And people don’t want to buy from faceless brands, they want to know the owners, they want to feel connected and when they do, they become loyal fans and customers.

So how then, can we get over our fear and start utilizing the digital world to forward our cause, our business and connect with potential customers? How can we authentically use video and social media to promote ourselves and our businesses in a way that feels good?
