forgiving family members & breaking intergenerational patterns

On this episode I’m talking about how to not only break free from intergenerational patterns, but also to forgive and let go of the heavy charge and pain that may have been created by them. I recently had a really powerful QH hypnosis practice where I was not only healing some of my own inner child wounds from childhood, but also going back and witnessing moments in both of my parents childhood. This experience helped me deepen my empathy and understanding, and in doing so I was able to forgive on new levels… bringing growth and new possibilities into our relationships. Until you forgive - you are giving your power away. The greatest thing you can do for yourself and others is to learn how to forgive - and this episode will help show you how.
