After decades of extreme insecurities and self-image issues, building confidence and finding a way to change my story about myself has been an extremely important part of my life. These 7 practices have been keys I have used over and over in my life when it comes to building confidence. If you never change our self-image (and you continue to see ourselves based on the lens of the past) - you will never feel confident. But when you understand how to shift the stories you tell yourself and the way you see yourself - you can begin to show up more empowered (which changes everything)!
